Wall Homes was established in 2005 to offer homes with a focus on architectural style to discerning buyers. Neighborhoods throughout Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio offer a variety of single family detached and attached homes. The Wall Homes headquarters is located in Arlington, Texas.
Wall Homes has designed assorted plans to serve different life stages and lifestyles. Each home has been value engineered to be constructed efficiently and cost effectively, offering the best value to our homebuyers.
The executive management team, led by Steve Wall, has a proven successful history in the homebuilding industry. Prior to creating his own company, Mr. Wall operated the 18th largest homebuilder (3rd largest privately held) in the United States as ranked by Builder magazine. In addition to leading efforts for affordable housing throughout Texas and Georgia, as a chief executive officer Mr. Wall has earned the following recognition:
- Finalist, Ernst & Young’s 2004 Entrepreneur of the Year Award
- Homebuilding Technology Executive of the Year, 2003 Builder magazine
Wall Homes operates with a centralized approach to purchasing, accounting, budgeting, and cost controls. Yet, to best serve all of our buyers, customer-focused decisions are made by locally-based division managers who interact daily with potential and existing homebuyers throughout our many locales.
The company is backed by the strong institutional sponsorship of Warburg Pincus. Active in the private equity business since 1939, Warburg Pincus has many years of experience investing in real estate and related service companies. Notable real estate transactions include homebuilders Pacific Greystone and Brock Homes.
