Mr. Bilardi has nearly 20 years experience in land acquisition management. He is responsible for all real estate transactions for Wall Homes, including feasibility, contract negotiation and administration. Mr. Bilardi acts as a liaison between city officials, land developers, land owners, bankers, and key management teams.

Under Mr. Bilardi’s leadership, Wall has evaluated and acquired land in over 33 neighborhoods (as of 3Q 2007), increasing its competitive position in five Texas markets.

In 2004, he was recognized as a "40 Under 40" achiever in Fort Worth, an honor given for outstanding leadership both in business and community services.

Mr. Bilardi received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in real estate from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Masters of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation from the International Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives.
