Erin Kolp, with over a decade of experience in the homebuilding industry, is director of public relations and chief of staff. She provides executive operational support and leads external and internal communication efforts. In work prior to Wall, she oversaw the public relations department for a highly-ranked national homebuilder.

Past experience also includes computer training and operations support for company expansion cities and leading efforts for civic, charitable, and outreach programs. She helped raise nearly $450,000 for Cook Children’s Medical Center, Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, Children’s Hospital (Houston), and the Georgia Transplant Foundation.

Ms. Kolp was recognized in 2002 as one of a group of elite “40 Under 40” achievers in Fort Worth, Texas, young business executives honored for their leadership both in business and community services by the Fort Worth Business Press.

Formerly an executive computer trainer and technical support professional for the Bombay Company based in Fort Worth, she also served as communications technical support for Bombay’s Malaysia and Taiwan offices.

Erin Kolp earned a Bachelor of Science Journalism degree with minors in sociology and German at the University of Maryland.
