Mr. Pollard, with over 16 years experience in all facets of the homebuilding industry, is responsible for the Wall Homes purchasing strategy throughout Texas, negotiating both national and local contracts.

Prior to joining Wall, Mr. Pollard’s career was focused on national and local purchasing strategies for a top 20 nationwide homebuilder. There he gained valuable skills and training while quickly working his way up from a warranty technician to superintendent, then to project manager, specializing in a range of construction support services.

As a project manager, he refined business operations in expansion cities. Mr. Pollard has additional experience as manager for that company’s San Antonio operations. His accolades included Warranty Person of the Year and two consecutive Superintendent of the Year awards.

Among his numerous capabilities, Mr. Pollard is also experienced in developing systems to enhance communications between builders and land developers.
