As West D/FW Operations Manager, Michael Shultz is responsible for construction, sales, warranty, budgeting, and land options for Wall Homes neighborhoods located in Fort Worth, Arlington, Keller, Weatherford, Crowley, Burleson and Saginaw.

Since entering the homebuilding industry in 1998, Mr. Shultz has fulfilled various roles in sales, construction, and management. Prior to joining the Wall Homes sales team, he worked for two publicly-held homebuilders as a sales representative. Then, functioning as regional construction manager, he led construction and managed the construction process. Most recently Mr. Shultz supervised 11 communities as area construction manager.

Leading up to the operations manager role at Wall Homes, Mr. Shultz led the company’s D/FW construction personnel, responsible for budgeting, building, closing, and fulfilling warranty needs.

Mr. Shultz attended the University of Texas at Arlington and Texas A&M University in Kingsville. He also served four years in the United States Marine Corps.
