(ARLINGTON, Texas) - Steve Wall, President and CEO of Wall Homes, has scheduled grand openings for two new Dallas/Fort Worth neighborhoods- Castle Ridge Estates in Rockwall and The Trails of Glenwood in Plano- with an aggregate 700-plus homesites available for new homebuyers. Realtors and prospective homebuyers are invited to attend the grand opening events in both neighborhoods the weekend of February 8 - 10, 2008. Realtor previews precede each weekend celebration.

Both grand openings are from 10am to 7pm on Friday and Saturday, and 12pm to 7pm on Sunday. Visitors will tour new models, meet the Wall Team, and learn about Wall's signature difference, True Blueprint ChangeSM designs, a process that allows buyers to make changes to the floor plan of their new home at no additional cost or increase in build-time. There will also be light refreshments, register-to-win opportunities, and a bounce house for children (Saturday only). Additionally, Castle Ridge Estates' local fire department will be on hand to meet and greet the public on Saturday, February 9 from 1pm until 2pm. On that weekend only, each homebuyer who signs a contract will receive a free 42" TV (approximate retail value of $2,000).

A realtor preview is planned for Thursday, February 7 from 11:30am to 1:30pm at The Trails of Glenwood and Friday, February 8 from 11:30am to 1:30pm at Castle Ridge Estates. The events include lunch, model home tours, door prizes, and informative sessions about Wall's "Make a Fortune" inventory incentive and Realtor High Five promotion.

The Trails of Glenwood features 507 homesites with floorplan options ranging from 2,300 to 4,400 square feet, and priced from the $260s to $380s. Located near Central Expressway, George Bush Freeway, and the Plano Dart Rail, the neighborhood is a 20 minute commute to downtown Dallas. All residents will have access to the community pool and cabana.
