(ARLINGTON, Texas) — Steve Wall, President and CEO of Wall Homes, has announced the launch of four new neighborhoods, adding well over 380 lots in the D/FW Metroplex. Neighborhood grand opening celebrations are planned in all four locations on Saturday May 20 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday May 21 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Open to the public, these events include tours of completed model homes, prize giveaways, opportunities to meet local police and fire officials, and refreshments.

“Our suppliers are getting behind the events with special incentives and prizes for everyone who comes to see the neighborhoods,” said Steve Wall. “There will be $75 Home Depot gift cards, $100 Sherwin Williams® gift cards, and Moen® Salora Chrome faucets just to name a few.”

With these four new additions, Wall Homes now has 18 neighborhoods statewide, and 10 more opening soon.

The company reported approximately 100 homes sold in the first quarter of 2006 with 28 closing between January 1 and March 31. As of this week, there are 170 homes under construction in Wall’s D/FW operations with a total of 140 sales for the year.

“We have built homes for many people who are now satisfied homeowners, but each new buyer is another chance to prove ourselves,” Mr. Wall said. “I think everyone who comes out to see our new neighborhoods will agree we are up to the challenge.”

West Bend North is located at 1200 Clairemont Lane in Burleson. The neighborhood features a variety of single-family configurations ranging from 1,810 square feet to 3,582 square feet and beyond, all in the $153,000 to $219,000 price range. Wall homes come standard with features other homebuilders only offer as options. For example, in West Bend North all homes come with full security systems with three drops for future keypads, washable Sherwin Williams® interior paint, cultured marble vanities in the master baths, and tile backsplashes in the kitchen.

Park Meadows, located in Crowley, can be found at 1482 Robinwood Court. This neighborhood has homes ranging in square footage from 1,453 to 2,667, and prices from $128,000 to $168,000. The homes in Park Meadows feature two tone, washable Sherwin Williams® interior paint, ceramic tile flooring in all wet areas, and 42-inch upper cabinets in the kitchen.

Rosemary Ridge can be found at 4344 Twinleaf Dr. in Southwest Fort Worth. Similar to Park Meadows, the homes in Rosemary Ridge range in size from 1,453 to 2,667 square feet. The prices begin in the $132,000 price range and go up to $171,000. Again, Wall Homes sets itself apart from other builders by offering superior standard features. For example, raised panel front doors with Schlage® satin nickel handle sets, separate showers in the master baths, finished garages, blocking for future ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and four sided brick walls on all single story homes.

The neighborhood of Midlothian Meadows is located at 1410 Melanie Trail in Midlothian. The homes here range in size from 1,810 square feet to 3,741 square feet, and the prices range from $161,000 to $226,000. All homes in Midlothian Meadows feature textured walls, quartz countertops and recessed can lighting in the kitchens, 42 inch oval garden bath tubs in the master baths, and an extensive landscaping package (17 five gallon bushes, 2 six to eight gallon ornamental bushes, 2 three inch (caliper) trees).

All homes in the above communities come with fully sodded yards, automatic sprinkler systems, double vanities in the master bath, and Moen® fixtures.

These events coincide with a spring promotion already underway. Buyers who close on “ready-to-move-in” homes before June 30 receive $7,000 off; and, buyers who contract to build a home before June 30 receive a free outdoor kitchen.
