(ARLINGTON, Texas) – Steve Wall, founder and CEO of Wall Homes, has scheduled June 21 and 23 grand opening activities at Dancing Bear Ranch, a new lake area development 34 miles from downtown San Antonio in Mico, Texas.

Dancing Bear Ranch is a master-planned, gated community with views of Medina Lake and the Hill Country that includes a clubhouse, resort-style pool, over five miles of hiking and biking trails near the lake, a beach, boat ramps, docks, and picnic areas.

On June 21, a REALTOR® and business preview will consist of tours of the neighborhood to learn more about Wall Homes and Dancing Bear Ranch. The preview will also include tours of the model home and clubhouse, cocktails, food, entertainment, and prizes.

A public grand opening will run from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 23. Prospective homebuyers can tour the model home and take advantage of grand opening incentives.

Home designs at Dancing Bear Ranch range from 2,900 to more than 4,653 square feet. Pricing begins in the $370,000’s.

Homes open for viewing during the events include the Medina II model home --- a Wall Homes premier design --- and the Mico II inventory home. Also on the agenda is a prototype Ultimate Garage, featuring organized, maximized wall space, work areas, and specialty utility hooks. Homebuyers who contract for a new Wall Home through July 15 will receive the Ultimate Garage Package at no additional charge.

In addition, guests can explore the clubhouse and the residents-only boating area. The clubhouse includes a workout facility, design center, resort-style pool, hot tub, observation tower, and a room available for parties. The anticipated opening of the clubhouse is early August 2007.

Dancing Bear Ranch will join Hunter’s Pond, Laura Heights, Laura Heights Estates, and Wortham Oaks as Wall Homes’ neighborhoods in the San Antonio area.
