(ARLINGTON, Texas) – Steve Wall, president and CEO of Arlington-based Wall Homes, has announced the debut of the homebuilder’s first townhome products, with model construction and pre-sales beginning this month at Lakeridge Townhomes near Lake Lewisville.

The neighborhood is just half a mile from the south side of Lake Lewisville, which is surrounded by 9,000 acres of a protected natural area, with surrounding cities such as Frisco, Plano, and Carrollton, Texas.

Wall Homes is planning 135 townhomes ranging from 1,300 to 2,100 square feet, priced from $140,000 to $190,000. All are two or three stories, with walk out balconies, modular floor plan offerings that give buyers the option of picking the first floor from one plan and the second from another, and two-car garages. The neighborhood will have an exclusive amenity center with a swimming pool.

“As far as we know, we’re the only new home builder in this price range that has opportunities for buyers to provide so much input,” said David Christian, vice president for Wall’s Dallas/Fort Worth region. “If they prefer a first level on one plan and a second story floor layout from another, we can make it happen.”

Models are projected to open in the fourth quarter. Interiors will reflect upscale amenities; exteriors will reconfirm Wall’s attention to architectural style.

The neighborhood is near Lewisville’s Pier 121, an established boat pier with entertainment and lake, and within three miles of Frisco’s Stonebriar Center.

“The popularity of townhomes increases monthly,” said Mr. Wall. “Many of these will have views of Lake Lewisville. Their excellent value---all are under $200,000---should generate quite a bit of interest.”

Having been in business just over a year, Wall Homes already has 21 active neighborhoods, with six more coming on line by year end.
