(ARLINGTON, Texas) – Steve Wall, founder and CEO of Wall Homes is pleased to announce the grand opening of Laura Heights Estates near San Antonio, Texas. Realtors and VIP Guests will get a preview of the neighborhood at an event on May 17, 2007. The neighborhood will then be open to the public on May 19, 2007.

The Preview Grand Opening will be held from 3pm to 7pm and includes tours of the neighborhood, as well as a number of prizes for visitors. Realtors who attend will receive a Bonus at Closing certificate worth $2,000 when their client contracts on a Laura Heights Estate’s home between May 17, 2007 and May 31, 2007.

The Public Grand Opening, from 10am to 7pm on May 19, 2007, will open Laura Heights Estates to interested homebuyers. Entertainment for the kids, including Snuggles the Clown making animal balloons, face painting, a bounce castle, hamburgers, home tours, and prizes, such as a pair of Kenny Chesney concert tickets. Individuals who contract on a home between May 19, 2007 and May 31, 2007 will receive a free Whirlpool refrigerator or washer/dryer set.

Laura Heights Estates, which consists of 155 lots, is located in Schertz, Texas near Randolph Air Force Base and will feature homes from the $240s to $280s. Home sizes range from 2,200 to 4,000 square feet on half-acre home sites. Features of the homes include three car garages on specified plans, circular driveways, and side entry garages.
