(ARLINGTON, TX) – Arlington-based homebuilder Steve Wall has announced that Wall Homes will move into new headquarters at 2005 N.E. Green Oaks Boulevard in Arlington on Oct. 27, 2006.

The Wall Homes corporate office personnel, along with the Dallas/Fort Worth division management and administrative team will reside, as the sole tenant, in a recently constructed 20,000-square-foot building at the Offices of Forest Hills.

Mr. Wall said that he is excited about moving his company into a building of its own.

“Construction on the new building commenced about a year ago,” he said. “We’re finally ready to move into our own facility.”

The company currently headquarters out of an office building located on 1701 E. Lamar Blvd. in Arlington.

Mr. Wall added that staying nearby played an integral role in the decision about the new Wall Homes corporate office.

“We’ve been in Arlington since we opened in 2005,” he said. “It’s in the middle of the metroplex, and it just made sense to stay here and keep the business in our hometown.”

The new offices were designed by CHS Architects and the construction work is being done by Fort Worth-based Muckleroy & Falls. Arlington-based developer Poynter Scifres was the project developer.

Wall Homes was founded in April of 2005, backed by a $50 million investment by New York-based Warburg Pincus. Wall Homes was established to offer homes with a focus on architectural style to discerning buyers. Neighborhoods throughout Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio offer a variety of single-family detached and attached homes. For more information, visit www.wall.com.
