(SAN ANTONIO, Texas) –Building on its dedication to fulfilling homebuyers’ personal ideas of home, Wall Homes is now selling in three unique new San Antonio-area neighborhoods: Dancing Bear Ranch, in Medina County; Wortham Oaks, in San Antonio; and Voss Farms, in New Braunfels.
“Each of these neighborhoods is distinct,” says Steve Wall, president and CEO. “They all offer innovative homes with fresh, appealing styles, but even the neighborhoods themselves feature particular qualities to help homebuyers create their own idea of home.”
Dancing Bear Ranch, located on Medina Lake, offers beautiful lake views and a clubhouse full of amenities. With an anticipated completion date of late July, the clubhouse will feature work out facilities, a “great room” for gatherings and parties, a junior Olympic-sized pool, Jacuzzi, a design center, and an observation tower. Plans also include construction of a boat ramp and dock. With 50 home sites available, floorplans range from 2,800 to 4,000 square feet. Prices range from the $300s to $400s. Dancing Bear Ranch, located on Culebra Road to Lake Medina, is in the North Independent School District.
Wortham Oaks, in San Antonio, features lots of trees on its 167 home sites. Homes range from 1,400 to 3,200 square feet and are priced from the $150s to $200s. The neighborhood is located on Evans Road east of Bulverde at Cibilo Vista and is in the Judson ISD.
Voss Farms, in New Braunfels, offers oversized lots in addition to a community center and pool. Priced from the $140s to $200s, homes range from 1,500 to 3,200 square feet. With 60 lots available, Voss Farms is located on County Line Road and Pahmeyer in the New Braunfels ISD.
Wall Homes was founded last year backed by a $50 million commitment by New York-based Warburg Pincus and reinforced by a coterie of accomplished industry executives. The company is offering a large variety of single-family detached and attached homes in the $120,000 to $400,000 price range. To date, Wall Homes has over 4,000 lots under control and nearly 160 sales on the books, a notable start that bolsters the unique offerings Wall is supplying to the market.
