(San Antonio, TX) Steve Wall, founder, president and CEO of Wall Homes, has announced the relocation of Wall’s San Antonio regional office from 1854 Lockhill Selma, Suite 103, to 1000 Central Parkway North, Suite 220 in San Antonio.
Wall Homes negotiated its three-year lease with Taylor Dorris of Travis Commercial Properties to occupy the 3,350 square foot two-story building.
The San Antonio regional office has tripled in size since opening 16 months ago, owing to rapid growth in the San Antonio and Austin markets. The office is a hub for the Wall’s San Antonio and Austin administrative, sales, marketing, land acquisition, construction, and warranty activity. The new facility is within a five-minute driving distance of the airport and has easy access to the city and major thoroughfares.
San Antonio Regional Vice President is Kent Lytle. Other San Antonio team members include Chris Will, David Hopkins, James Stephens, Jeremiah Harris, Jim Brewer, Jimmy Barker, Kathleen Meece, Kim Centenni, Lisa Smith, Marshall Huber, Myrna Burnett, Reed Preston, Rich Brittain, Scott Scarborough, Tony Squeo, and Veronica Del Hierro.
Steve Wall founded Wall Homes in April 2005, backed by a $50 million commitment from New York-based Warburg Pincus. Since launching the company about a year and a half ago, Wall Homes has 21 neighborhoods throughout Texas, six of them located in San Antonio and Austin.
Wall Homes was established in 2005 to offer homes with a focus on architectural style to discerning buyers. Neighborhoods throughout Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio offer a variety of single-family detached and attached homes.
