(ARLINGTON, Texas) – Going strong into its second full year in the business, Wall Homes increases its Texas-wide neighborhood count by 75 percent with the spring-time debut of eleven new residential developments across the state.

Arlington-based homebuilder Steve Wall, president and CEO, and his team are launching The Park at White Oak and Lanai near Houston; Deer Creek, Lakeridge Townhomes, Harmon Ranch, Summit View Lake, Lakes at Lost Creek, and Llano Springs in the Dallas/Fort Worth area; and Dancing Bear Ranch, Laura Heights, and Laura Heights Estates in San Antonio. Model Homes in each are nearing completion, with grand openings beginning this weekend in the Houston area.

These new developments bring the Wall Homes neighborhood count to 25. Grand opening details follow:

The Park at White Oak in Conroe, Texas is Wall’s first grand opening of 2007 scheduled for this weekend---February 24 and 25--- off Interstate 45 North, grand opening events include special offers, such as free Silestone countertops for a limited time on “to be built homes”, and door prizes. Home sizes range from 1,453 to 2,360 square feet and are priced from the $145s to $220s.

Lanai, in Mont Belvieu, Texas, celebrates its grand opening on March 3 and 4 with a special REALTOR preview on February 28. Located off of Interstate 10 in Chambers County, the neighborhood is excluded from Municipal Utility District (MUD) tax. For a limited time during the grand opening, buyers can receive free Silestone countertops on “to be built homes”. Lanai is close to shopping, parks, and a golf course. Home sizes range from 1,453 to 2,360 square feet and are prices from the $140s to $180s.

San Antonio area homebuyers will soon be invited to tour Laura Heights Estates during its grand opening celebration, targeted for April. Located in Schertz, on Ware Seguin Road off of Loop 1604, the neighborhood features half-acre lots and a 1-acre park at the front door. Home sizes range from 2,287 to 3,719 square feet and are price from the $240s to $290s.

On the west side of San Antonio Laura Heights will be celebrating its Grand Opening this spring as well. The neighborhood is located on Galm Road, west of FM 1560. Laura Heights is gated, and will have both single-story and two-story plans, with an amenity center featuring a swimming pool, cabana, playscape, and sport court.

Also on the west side, Dancing Bear Ranch, located in Mico, Texas, will open in April. The master-planned, gated neighborhood offers views of Lake Medina and the Hill Country. Homeowners will enjoy a state of the art clubhouse with a resort-style pool, and hiking trails. There is also a “residents only” lake entry, featuring a beach, boat ramps, docks, and picnic areas. Home sizes range from 2,900 to 4,600 square feet, and priced from the $370s to $540s.

Fort Worth’s Deer Creek, located near State Highway 35 and Risinger Road has grand opening celebrations scheduled for late April. Wall has already begun building in their first phase, which is 23 acres of the 90+ acre community. The neighborhood has plans for a playground and pool. Homes in Deer Creek will begin in the $150s and will range from 1,650 to 2,900 square feet.

Lakeridge Townhomes in Lewisville is also scheduled for a late March grand opening. Located within walking distance of Lake Lewisville, the community is minutes from State Highway 121. Wall will build a total of 132 townhomes priced from the $160s and ranging from 1,300 to 2,100 square feet. All are two or three stories with walk out balconies and modular floor plan offerings that give buyers the option of selecting a first floor design from one plan and a second from another. Each has a two-car garage. The neighborhood’s exclusive amenity center features a swimming pool.

The celebration will continue in Dallas/Fort Worth during late May at the 200-acre master planned Harmon Ranch neighborhood. Located just south of Texas Motor Speedway and the Alliance Corridor and business park, Harmon Ranch features amenities such as a community pool and park. The neighborhood will feature Wall Homes’ Signature series floor plans and more than 70 unique exteriors throughout the 53 acres the company controls. Prices will range from the $160s to the $240s.

Llano Springs will debut in May in Fort Worth, Texas. Wall Homes will offer homes from the $140s ranging in square footage from 1,400 to 2,700 in this expansive neighborhood.

Summit View Lake, a master planned neighborhood, opens to the public this April in McKinney, Texas. Homes are priced from the $160s, with sizes ranging from 1,400 to 2,900 square feet. The neighborhood will have a pool, cabana, park, and trails.

Lakes at Lost Creek in north Fort Worth will open in May. Located off of Hwy 170 in the Alliance corridor, the neighborhood includes an amenity center, pool/playground, and park. Homes start in the $150s, and range in size from 1,400 to 2,900 square feet.
